Maximize your potential utilizing the Rapsodo 3.0 Ball Flight Monitor. As the only advanced hitting and pitching lab in Southern Vermont, our facility captures professional-grade data to track real-time player progress. We provide athletes with the same performance analytics used by MLB teams to validate mechanical adjustments, increase pitch velocity, and optimize swing paths.

Every bullpen session provides a deep dive into your pitching metrics. We track more than just topline velocity; we analyze spin efficiency, horizontal and vertical break, pitch extension, seam shifted wake, and more. Our customized training plans use this data to help you gain velocity, optimize your arsenal, and throw nastier stuff with better command.
Data-Driven Hitting Analysis
Elevate your performance at the plate with precision swing tracking and analysis. We capture critical data beyond just distance, including exit velocity, bat speed, power, launch angle, spray tendencies, and point of contact. This clear picture of your swing allows us to move beyond just raw power to develop a swing optimization plan that provides consistent gap-to-gap results.

Hitting Development
$350 per month
3 month minimum

- One-On-One Sessions: Four focused in-person training sessions per month customized to your development plan
- Remote Development Plans: At-home hitting plans focused on bat-speed development and mechanical refinements
- Quarterly Swing Assessments: In-depth reports delivered every 12 weeks tracking swing progression and refinements, and data updates
- Scouting & Profiles Support: Analytical profiles compiling performance metrics to give you a competitive edge (extra fee)
Two-Way Development
$350 per month
3 month minimum
- Dual Discipline Program: Tailored pitching and hitting program designed to optimize your complete skill set
- Split-Session Training: Four monthly sessions, split between the mound and cage to ensure balanced growth
- Independent Tools: Custom remote training plans featuring arm care, recovery plans, and targeted hitting drills
- Quarterly Tracking: Combined performance reports every 12 weeks to review mechanical adjustments and refinements
- Advanced Player Profile: Integrated recruiting data packages compiling your complete two-way metrics (extra fee)
