We may collect an athlete's age or age range, training interests, playing level, position, goals, program selection, attendance or scheduling information, and other information reasonably necessary to provide assessments, coaching, training, or player-development services.
2.3 Athlete Video, Movement, and Performance Information
Our services may involve athlete videos, photographs, pitching or hitting mechanics, movement observations, assessment results, training progress, and performance metrics such as velocity, pitch movement, release characteristics, exit velocity, bat speed, launch angle, and related data.
We use this information to evaluate performance, create individualized development plans, track progress, prepare reports, deliver remote coaching, and provide other services requested by the athlete or parent/guardian.
Metrics does not use athlete video or movement data for facial recognition or to identify individuals through biometric identification technologies unless we provide separate notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law. Biomechanical, movement tracking, and video analysis data are used strictly for sports performance analysis and do not constitute biometric identifiers for unique human identification.

When you purchase an assessment, training program, membership, remote program, or other service, payment information may be collected and processed by a third-party payment processor. Any applicable media release, testimonial consent, or promotional authorization will control such use.
12. Recruiting and Performance Profiles
If a customer requests recruiting or player-profile services, Metrics may compile and disclose selected performance metrics, video, assessment information, or other player information to recipients chosen or authorized by the athlete or parent/guardian.
